Managers in line management positions who have no business being there (either not competent for it or have no people skills). Promised a lot at interview (hence deciding to move here) but it all did not happen - hybrid working was promised but not delivered; opportunities to manage a small team (having done this in previous role). No structure to the training at all. No development plans. People throwing you under the bus. A lot of people just out for themselves. They say all the right things regarding mental health but do not support you at all.
