Cons
Small local ACMV company running multi-million dollar projects with kampung-level management systems. Everything is “urgent” because nobody plans properly. You become scheduler, coordinator, QAQC, drafter, procurement chaser, document controller, site supervisor, and punching bag all at once. Management talks about teamwork but operational culture is basically: “If can push to someone else, push first.”
