I worked 3 months for Williams commerce. I left organization because of internal team politics. A big team is working on website (so called big website), near about 15 people are working, there is nothing to work, only people are cheating Uk team and making fool. I saw that 3-4 old people are managing 15 people, half of team is seating without work and forcing everyone to not disclose anything outside of team.
Once I started comunication (some time) with UK team, then they started politics against me. They had a sense of fear that I might disclosed everything front of UK team.
Some of senior people, working since long time and they do not want to engage any member from Uk team. Bad environment is Created by senior members of team. They do not want keep good resource, if good resource will be hire then they will be finished.
Fear has been created by one of senior member (working since long time), he directly said, pass the message whatever i am saying and if you will not work accordingly then I will spoil your career. He does not want anything for improvement. Some of old employees are surviving because no one technical manager or good manager is working in UK. that’s why they are free and making fool. I saw many time they were creating joke on a good senior resource and were creating a bad environment against him. They were trying to destroy him.
I cannot work with such types of people.
