Low pay rate Less room for growth

The pay wasn’t great. But it was well above minimum-wage. There were a lot of promises that weren’t kept, but it’s understandable with Covid

They sell you this dream that it is easy to transfer from dept, but the HR dept seems to only hire people they now. All upper management get paid soo much and can work from home, meanwhile we are stuck at the health centers even when no one is here. They add work to your many job duties with out a pay increase. They also expect you to utilize you for your additional language (if any) so that way the company doesn’t spend money on interpretation services ( add no compensation for you using your language ).

Doesn't acknowledge its staff. I've been here for two years and still at my starting pay. My coworker who has been here only a year more than me has gotten three raises already. They pick favorites.

Very high turnover rates, in the past 4+ years, there is few people who have stuck it out and many that have come and gone over time. There is questionable management, favoritism, and many HR related problems. It can be very high stress, high expectations for interns or new employees, and productivity is always the number one concern it seems like. It can prove to be difficult for some individuals, there is a lack of training and organization.

Managers were bias to certain team members and sneaky regarding pay transparency.

Pay was limited to $19/hour, although we did get a raise. I do believe CHW's should be receiving more for the value
