There are so many cons I don't know where to begin. Management likes to treat you like a child and hover around, always micromanaging. They'll have full blown conversations on their phones and teams with each other talking about nonsense but if you're lower than management you better not be doing it. We're told to stay off our phones yet need them to access sites due to codes being sent to us. We have monthly team meetings but none of the meetings help change anything. Managers will wait till the last second to approve your PTO hours. When I was working here, I had to text management the day OF my requested PTO to make sure it was approved. They don't listen to anyone but themselves and will make you feel the lowest. How can individuals work for a non-profits organization just to make their employees feel like garbage? I once went up to two managers who were talking to ask a question and one of them had the audacity to side eye me and not provide attention and the other put their finger in my face signing me to wait. If you want anxiety, depression and to feel like a nobody please put in an application to work here ... oh wait you might get laid off like I did.

Many employees that have been working for the company for 4-5 years have discovered they are being compensated far less than new hires in the same position. The Medical Assistants across the company each received a $2/hour raise for being essential workers during the pandemic, but the rest of the company did not receive this same compensation for also being essential workers during the pandemic. Overall, lack of transparency amid management.

Very high turnover rates, in the past 4+ years, there is few people who have stuck it out and many that have come and gone over time. There is questionable management, favoritism, and many HR related problems. It can be very high stress, high expectations for interns or new employees, and productivity is always the number one concern it seems like. It can prove to be difficult for some individuals, there is a lack of training and organization.
