1yThank you for a feedback. Unfortunately mentioned information is not correct. Due to your previously given feedback the atmosphere in a team and company was good. At least you had 2 meetings with the Company Administration and filled in feedback forms. Product team and all our other teams have friendly atmosphere and have areas to grow. Some colleagues cooperate with us for more than 10 years. Also, there were not any cases when colleagues got fines because of time tracker. The management only issues a warning to not use unproductive applications during the working hours, or to adjust the logs if not approved or non-related work activities were performed. The activities review happens, only when there are performance concerns.
Anyway, thank you for the left feedback after almost 2 years of not a cooperation with us.
