      Flexible timing, but excessive monitoring and restrictions

      Only the one thing is good flexible timing is available in company

      High level monitoring on you Then every 2 minutes your laptop will lock when you leave the desk Every 3 minute they will count a break if you don't press any key of the laptop You cannot eat anything inside the office Every 3 minute a software capture your laptop screen and the watch what are doing in laptop A local service man can also take a break of 5 minute but you can't in take a break in this company
