No Work-Life Balance Managers abuse you if you make mistakes Join only if you are a robot and not a human being. Because humans make mistakes and robots don't. That's what WebDesk wants from its employees. Leave policies are not employee-friendly. They want employees to be held captive. They say 5 working days but the 1st Saturday of every month is working. They say its half day only but half day is also finished by 6 or 7 PM so your day is almost over.

CEO is good. Some colleagues were also good.

Cons

Very bad employee policies... They are working from India still they don't have leaves on Independence Day, Republic Day, or even Gandhi Ji Jayanti. This I feel is very bad. 9 hours of working excluding break is another wrong policy.. 1 year contract is okay. But above that they ask for blank signed cheques which I think is very childish and shows how insecure they are about their employees leaving organisation.. But they don't understand that Employees leave because of such nonsense policies.
