      Toxic mentality from the top down, where bullying is not just encouraged to thrive but also rewarded. Diversity openly mocked and homophobic, sexiest and racist comments can be made without consequence. The moment you challenge you are pushed out with no choice but to leave.

      Toxic culture, bad pay, backward town location, full of people who hadn’t lived or worked elsewhere, awful publications.
