Worldwide talents, all remote Flexible on the working times, mature on async work
Cons
Lot of layoffs and layovers since last year. Bad decisions have been made and good profiles are leaving. Lack of monetization plan because stakeholders disperse to much instead of focusing on quality products, working perfectly. This has brought bad pressure and fear to employees. If you are not under the wing of the CEO or the CTO, you'll have no career evolution or any protection

great trips and a few decent people on the staff who make it worthwhile to stay.
Cons
super poorly paid developers mean many don't stay on long, the C level team is horrible and toxic. The CEO should be avoided at all cost. Directions and KPIs are always changing and none of them no what they are doing in crypto.
