      Pros

      Nothing is good here tbh.

      Cons

      Worked hard until in the morning and barely could sleep but still got complained. Meanwhile had to deal with a narcissistic lead who thinks himself to be very good but actually not. Company don't renew employees' contract or forced people to resign themselves. Too much of politics in the company.

      1. Hands-on experience on a lot of challenging industry-level data. 2. Experienced team leaders (also there are several high profile advisors.) 3. Rewarding ( surprise gift by bosses during festivals ( angpow, chocolate, mooncake etc. ) 4. Opportunities in building stuffs from ground up. 5. (During COVID-19) remote unless there is physical meetup. 6. Offers competitive salary.

      Cons

      1. Slight room of improvement for task handling and daily operation. 2. Lack of bonuses and insurance ( that is the deal with most startups ). 3. Career growth is limited as the team size is small. 4. Direction from company may differ time to time based on market demands. 5. Slightly lack of coagulation among managements. 6. Chinese-speaking environment, which makes it slightly challenging for non-Chinese speakers to blend into the circles.
