Where to begin...I had only read the glassdoor reviews after taking up employment here and decided to ignore them however upper management honestly have not got a clue when it comes to running a store. They constantly bully and undermine your confidence and sales experience by not meeting their ridiculous UPT goal. Regional management don't provide you with any help but instead berate you if things aren't done even if you never received the proper training. Regional question you as to why you haven't been selling x,y and z however you inform them on a daily basis that we have stock shortages. Wed2b clearly don't value their employees which I've seen first hand. They have no problem letting you work overtime unpaid or some days expect you not to have a lunch break if its busy. There is a clear lack of communication and respect coming from upper management and there's honestly so many bad reviews I don't know how the company hasn't looked into this.
