Pros

Nice employees, nice subsidised lunch

Cons

Priorities swing like a weather vein. No employee engagement. Very reactive rather than proactive. Way behind the game.

Pros

Nice subsidized canteen food prepared by a lovely lady Free on site parking Some nice work colleagues Christmas dinner in the canteen ( although during working time)

Cons

Supposed to be a learning and development company but they do not give training, 1 to 1's, or appraisals to their own staff Awful confrontational director Terrified to move from your seat even to go to the toilet, you get timed when away from your desk. Supposed to get breaks and lunches, but very rare, you dare not take them. When you finish and leave for the day you feel pressured to stay behind to work extra, you always wait for someone else to make the first move to leave. Dare not even speak to anyone fear of being screamed at by the boss Expectations to work too many extra hours without thanks Poor salary No company benefits no pay rises Employed for a role then have to do loads of other jobs even if not qualified, no training then get shouted at for not being able to do it or sacked. Terrible silent environment No Christmas bonus or night out, although a free Christmas dinner during your own lunch break Not a secure job, or future Hated going in it was so unpredictable So many staff come and go it's hard to keep up
