Global leadership makes poor decisions and has no understanding of the US market. No flexible work schedule.

Favoritism and politics: Some employees without proven competence or strong performance manage to survive layoffs due to personal connections rather than merit. Regressive leadership: Since the return of the former CEO, the company has reverted to outdated policies (e.g., mandatory 5-day office attendance), signaling a lack of adaptability and trust in employees. Weak financial management: Frequent restructuring and recurring layoffs each year, reflecting unstable planning and budgeting. Limited growth: Salary increases are minimal, and genuine career development or promotion opportunities are scarce.

Bad upper leadership. They go back on decisions made often, wasting time and company resources. Especially wasting employees motivation for work.
