Management criticizes it but then regularly calls pointless all-hands. - Need to transform tech but rarely have the courage to spend or change (outside the factories) - Destroy morale with ineffective HR policies (5 days in the office, no critical hires, worsening comp, no promotion or raise, etc) - Never hold mediocre employees accountable for performance, especially in management - Steadily eliminate jobs in Europe and US so they can hire in India

bad leaders and bad culture

Strict 5 day office policy except for some management. Most engineering managers have very little experience as engineers and a culture of deliver to climb and let those behind take the consequences of those quick wins.

Slow growth and limited space for promotion
