Pros
The other employees you meet there are very talented individuals. Everyone is helpful and kind. With very little oversight its an easy place to learn during downtime. Take advantage of it.
Cons
The office is set up in cubicle styles, and you are discouraged from talking to others. Pay is very low and you will end up going more work than you agreed to and not being compensated for it. Clients are poorly managed and employees receive little assistance in dealing with them. Horrible turnover rate. The company offers no room to move up in the business and no benefits. It is not a place to remain long term if you want to be supported.
