Cons
-Lack of management and analysis due to time pressure -The tasks cant fit in an 8 hour shift, in order to catch up it is expected to work extra time sometimes while they will not pay extra. -The shift is very anxious. -Everyday communication with other colleagues is minimal to non existing due to time preassure -No team spirit. You are expected to work alone. -Lack of growing opportunities in the company -Toxic enviroment starting from CEO -They do not have HR and all the requests lack of proffesional handling -Salary is not good enough if you mind the high preassure in literally everyday basis.
