      Easy to get hired, but high stress and micromanagement

      Easy to get a job here

      Questionable decisions inside the company, Strict KPI's that absolutely do not match the compensation, Using AI tools that are unnecessary, No support for diversity except for shallow words, Easy to loose the job because of random layoffs and constantly changing KPI's, No holiday bonus even once a year, Forget about work/life balance here, Your every step is being micromanaged.

      The moment they do not have a need for you you get laid off. be wary if they hire somone else and you are asked to train the person to be able to do your Job.
