Bad career choice for experienced people

decent if you want to start career... decent salary... much learning if you are starting career

Cons

bad for middle manager level joinees or people with 3+ years experience... unrealistic performance expectations... hardwork not of value if manager doesn't like you... hire and fire policy... may look like one step forward but really will be two steps backward for career... long working hours... delivery teams work 12 hours average... marketing and sales very odd hours... project delivery unrealistic timing for completion... high attrition... senior management not trusting managers and executive... office politics...

HR - all reviews praising the HR are fake & posted by themselves. I have the tabs open on the HR’s laptop myself - they are useless & too much politics generated by them. They should work harder
