      Pros

      The vice president of sales is the best decision this company made. He is bringing in sales strategy and top talent. If they succeed it will be because of his hard work, passion, and desire to win. I'm not sure he will stay too long though with his abilities and talents.

      Cons

      No structure, no knowledge of business or Industry, no value proposition, no go to market strategy, no niche products, company is not trustworthy doesn't understand the life cycle of sale.

      Wonderful Up and Coming Organization w/ Engaged Executive Management

      Pros

      Engaged and approachable executive leadership that is open to new ideas and strategies. This organization really combines the feel of a small town organization with the expertise and talent of a high profiled executive firm. Executive leadership understands the value of work/life balance and strives to reach a happy medium with each employee.

      Cons

      With being a small up and coming organization it can be difficult to meet the various demands of the vendors that we currently are in collaboration with. However, as Vast Edge is growing this is becoming less and less of an obstacle.

      Technology industry is exciting. Get to travel to different events across the country

      Cons

      No organization. This company has no customer base, no experience in sales or technology, the ceo has no idea what he is doing, they are not loyal to employees and the owner lies about everything. No strategy, terrible benefits, no 401k, no system support, they don't reimburse people for expenses or provide equipment to be successful.
