      Pros

      Personally I didn't find anything good here except my team and collegues. They are very nice

      Cons

      Politics are very high. From some collegues all the time we keep listening seeing that founder is that/founder did this. I was really fed up with these all but at the same time they praise founder at face only but behind they are different person and behave differently. Founder believes them a lot and love to listen praise from another all the time.

      Mentors and seniors are very supportive. Remuneration and incentive policy is very attractive and environment is good.

      There is no such downside I feel in the organisation.

      Mandeep kaur is big fraud. Suddenly she changed the NP policy after I put down my paper. She didn't pay me my last month salary as well. no hygiene..you can see cockroaches in each corner..this company needs to shut down
