None!!! CEO is a ........... Moody fellow... Runs business as per his mood swings as if is PMsing all the time. He has his bunch of favs who even if are dumbheads he doesnt care. Cant rely on this company for anything as there are only big talks coming from the CEO all the time and nothing gets executed actually.
Cons
His business is in big loss because of his foolishness but employee have to bare the brunt of it as he just fires people every second day and also the loyal ones. He has again gone to from where he started.. This only reflects his efficiency of running a business. Policies keep changing every day as per his personal benefits.. Salaries are stopped for good 10 - 15 days every month... Doesn't pay salaries to employees who have resigned and genuinely served notice... Hes a dictator who alone wants to be in profit and treat employees as slaves as if he has bought them by hiring them. What else can u expect from a CEO who keeps an affair with an employee and empowers the dumbest girl on the planet over the merits.
