Pros
1,. Interesting technology to work on. Lot of new things to learn. 2. The engineering team is good to work with. Lot of talented engineers from different reputed schools in the US.
Cons
1. Management lacks experience. Higher management has no/very less real-world industry exposure to run a start up. They try to venture into different markets even before the first product is ready. And then change directions after few months. Lack of firm decision making and vision. 2. Improper communication between management and the engineering team. Last minute workarounds during potential investors meet. 3. Very late in processing the reimbursements. Sometimes it takes upto 6 months. 4. Hiring decisions are made without much thought regarding the requirement. No coding rounds for interviews.
