I had the opportunity to interview with this company and was offered the position. However, from the very first day, it was clear that the domain they interviewed me for did not have an existing project, and they intended to expand into that area. Just a mere seven days before my scheduled joining date, they informed me that there would be a delay in my start date. Despite sending them three emails regarding my visa status and other necessary processes, they did not bother to acknowledge or respond to any of them. I even reached out to the Manager, with whom I had been in frequent contact, through text, but received no reply. Eventually, I had to insist on a meeting, during which they disclosed that they currently lacked a project and were uncertain about my joining. I am bewildered by their unprofessional practices and deeply disturbed by the mental stress and extreme anxiety this situation has caused me. It feels as though they have essentially jeopardized my employment status. Viseo should seriously reconsider their HR practices and strive for more humane treatment of candidates, including improving their communication skills. If you ever consider interviewing with them, I strongly recommend inquiring about the presence of an active project. Best of luck to all those involved.

Absolutely no employee engagement. Management is unresponsive , deeply biased and has no grievance redressal process in place. Biases based on nationality is rampant No clear channels of reporting. Rude and bullying behaviour from certain managers with absolute no sense of professionalism. Unprofessional environment - Just an example- My performance review is a confidential document and is for only my eyes and my manager, however to my shock I found my performance review was sent to my peer who himself was a classic example of a bully and the HR sent it to him " mistakenly " !! Which is absolutely unprofessional and bizzare and no accountability whatsoever. Poor poor work culture , projects have been lost due to incompetency but no one is bothered .All levels are busy grouping up and play favorites. I would never ever recommend Viseo Singapore to anyone.
