Don't be fooled by the fancy office and their portfolio. This is probably one of the worst places I have worked. Terrible work environment. Micromanaging is rampant from middle managers and especially on things that don't matter in the long run.
Top portfolio of fine and natural wines, great sales team, good at self reflection, experienced and competent executives, strong consumer marketing execution.

Strained portfolios, not enough management support, too reliant on tech solutions without robust expertise in tech tools.
