Pros
As a PM I had a clear structure and framework to operate and make sure I deliver successful projects, and on the other hand, I had autonomy and flexibility to get the most out of these process and adapt them. The company really wants to develop and get new logos and reach new markets, which opens many opportunities and is very welcomed and can be rewarded for successful initiative. Regarding innovation, the company invest in the people and search and explore new ways of covering market expectations, these internal projects are really valuable and interesting as they keep you up to date and competitive. Worklife balance is really good, the company office is bright, modern and with a good atmosphere, well located. Last but not least, people are really friendly and interesting, I always had good time working as PM with my teams.
Cons
Being in constant evolution and looking for opportunities also come with new structure and new solutions, the company is in constant change and can be sometime time consuming or frustrating to learn new process, new org-chart that maybe valid for only a short period of time. (This is not an inconvenient for me, but it could be for many.)
