Opportunities and Innovations

Pros

As a PM I had a clear structure and framework to operate and make sure I deliver successful projects, and on the other hand, I had autonomy and flexibility to get the most out of these process and adapt them. The company really wants to develop and get new logos and reach new markets, which opens many opportunities and is very welcomed and can be rewarded for successful initiative. Regarding innovation, the company invest in the people and search and explore new ways of covering market expectations, these internal projects are really valuable and interesting as they keep you up to date and competitive. Worklife balance is really good, the company office is bright, modern and with a good atmosphere, well located. Last but not least, people are really friendly and interesting, I always had good time working as PM with my teams.

Cons

Being in constant evolution and looking for opportunities also come with new structure and new solutions, the company is in constant change and can be sometime time consuming or frustrating to learn new process, new org-chart that maybe valid for only a short period of time. (This is not an inconvenient for me, but it could be for many.)

Pros

- The people in the UK office are a great bunch, very welcoming and supportive in your career growth. - Flexible working and very understanding around any personal limitations or location. - WeWork Office so lots of free coffee, activities and social spaces. - Real team feel through the UK business even if working on different tech or different areas of the business. - Try to up skill through lots of various channels eg weekly lunch and learns. - Work closely with charities and provide good social events throughout the year.

Cons

- Sometimes hard work or going the extra mile can be noticed by the wider business if you are working more remotely or been on a client project for a longer period of time. - If you have been resourced on a long term project its hard to find any time for personal career development eg certs.

Pros

Company is made of great people who are easy to work with. New CEO positioning company for high-growth future. Cool to be a part of.

Cons

Not really any cons. Org is based on Spain so not too much physical interaction with remote-based teams in North America.

Pros

There are still some really good people.

Cons

Most of the senior leadership team are like a high school clique and have no interest in supporting and progressing junior staff.
