VASS reviews about "manager"

Vacation policy: you should adjust yourself to the client needs (which is normal) AND their own needs even when you work only for the client

First of all I've to say I worked at Nateevo, part of Vass group and located in the same building, but a subsidiary. They offered me to work twice a week on remote, permanent learning about new technologies, etc. I accepted remuneration a bit below average because of this, but as months went on I discovered it was all a LIE. We usually worked with outdated technologies and methodologies and, everytime anyone who wasn´t a manager suggested an improvement, he was looked down on. I also worked 6 months as an external in a big banking company. Vass didn't respect some of the contract terms while I worked there. I could go on for very long, but, to sum up, it wasn't a good experience. Now I'm happily out of there.

lack of qualifications as a part of your carreer

it was not a consultancy company that clients associated with AI. They were on the path to making a name for themselves. As far as I know now they are way more known in AI

I can only talk about my position and in Greece, but no important Cons! Workflows need some changes

Useless mandatory formation, no clear career plans.

Only minor issues, nothing really bad
