Cons

Ridiculous level of admin delegated to workers on three or four hour shifts Micromanagement of qualified support staff Support staff shift hours penalised or favoured according to team leader; no fairness in allocation of shifts Dodgy promotion ‘opportunities’

High Staff Turnover Due To Bullying

Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

Flexibility in work and life balance

Cons

Staff are continuously provided with unrealistic objectives HR do little to eliminate & manage workplace bullying claims, this has created a silencing internal code of conduct. For an organisation which holds its pubic values on eliminating abuse in aged care facilities and vulnerable people, these values do not transcend into their own workplace.
