      Pros

      This was an extremely valuable internship opportunity- I had an amazing supervisor and I learned a lot! My supervisor was also super flexible with my class schedule.

      Cons

      In the future, I would hope that there's more opportunities for cross-departmental training.

      You help people who are in dire need.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Everyone reports to the ED, who has poor social skills and no understanding of how to motivate, inspire, or support staff. She is mercurial, oftentimes vicious, and only interested in self-promotion at this point.
