      Good place as a starter for fresh graduates

      Pros

      - great place for developing skills especially for those youngster who has passionate in tech ,hospitality industry , &customer support. - Good environment - If you love traveling, working as implementation consultant will be the best position in this company. - you'll receive additional fee for every project's you've done.

      Cons

      - not quite work life balance environment. - rewards such as salary increase not that much significant.

      Pros

      Technology company with more than 25 years of combined experience in the sector. Equipped with the knowledge to reliably provide end-to-end customer service, support and implementation that is catered to suit each customer’s needs and challenges. Great company with friendly colleagues ever willing to share knowledge and experience to enable growth.

      Cons

      No downsides that i am aware of even after 3 years with the company.

      Permanent employment Health insurance + BPJS Supportive management and colleagues Career opportunity for those who performs well Opportunity to travel to nice places Lots of coffee, tea and snacks choices Steady business

      Cons

      Office is located in a business district without mass transportation, ride share is a good choice although sometimes you get problem when it rains. Salary is standard but the good thing was no reduction during pandemic
