      Pros

      Interesting clients and products. Good product knowledge information.

      Cons

      This company does not pay. I have contacted payroll multiple times indicating all pertinent information on their voicemail. They never answer the phone. They will not call me back. I tried reaching them through the customer service department with not success. I tried reaching them through my direct supervisor with no success. I not only will never work with them again. I will be contacting department of labor.

      We are unsure who posted this due to Glassdoor allowing anonymous reviews - I am sure this has been handled but if not they can always call me directly at 206 919 6695 - Anna Added note: People often use this as a place to vent without being accountable like other places ...Google, Facebook etc. By leaving these notes here we have no way to research and attend to their concerns. Often staff don't understand the NET 15 or NET 30 payment policy or simply have not completed their bill.com set-up or W9 upload. We attempt to reach out and touch-base with everyone missing these items but some people are very difficult to get ahold of. Even though I am not sure who this is I am sure they have been taken care of. We always send payment through PayPal if staff are truly struggling with our set-up process.

      Pros

      20 bucks an hour, if you follow every little step they expect you to figure out on your own

      Cons

      They dock money from employees for various minor potential issues. They don't provide needed materials and expect you to front money for display items and the like. Payment takes over a month. Communication is awful!

      Thank you for the feedback! As an independent contractor we do require you to have the basic supplies needed to perform the contractor work which is industry standard. We provide a very thorough training, which is easy to complete and explains everything you need to know about working with us. We are sorry to hear that you felt the communication was awful, we do have a large team and everyone that works for us is very communicative and always happy to help when someone reaches out.       Pros

      Contractors are treated better than actual "employees"

      Cons

      Make promises they have no intention of keeping. Lying is a normal business practice for them. Incredibly low paying job. Forces "employees" to work crazy outside office hours without any extra pay or even a thank you. Ungrateful of hard work and will take any opportunity to blame and shame employees for not meeting their unrealistic expectations of complete and absolute perfection. The owner also discriminates and will not let employees use Asian contractors or contractors with tattoos. Office employees are kept on as 1099 illegally so the company doesn't have to pay taxes for having employees which leaves the tax burden on us. At the end of a horrible year and horrible job I got stuck paying almost 6k in taxes. They change their name every few years to avoid reviews like this.

      Please know that this is an x employee that we unfortunately had to be let go due to misconduct. She has created several email accounts to slander us anonymously online. This website doesn't vet the reviews or reviewers so this type of behavior is allowed. Please read reputable sites to read reviews from reviewers that are required to show their identity.
