      -Long off-season provides a good work-life balance during slower periods. -Day-to-day tasks are generally straightforward and manageable. -Opportunities to earn overtime by helping in other departments.

      Cons

      -Management tends to micromanage and can be inconsistent in their communication. -There’s a noticeable gap between what’s said and what’s done. -Limited opportunities for career growth or internal advancement. -Recognition doesn’t always align with how employees are treated day to day.
