Learning & Development Office used to be fun People are nice, although so many are leaving these days Commission structure
Cons
- Everything has gone downhill in the last 6 months - Used to care about employees, now all they care about is metrics and it really shows - People are leaving almost every week now (Of all levels) - Everyone is completely burnt-out - Applauding people for working extremely late, like 10pm onwards - Advertising 3pm Friday finishes and 'flexible working hours', which simply do not exist, or are made extremely hard to achieve - Culture has become so toxic and materialistic - Everything is about the top billers and how you should be like them - WFH policy is shocking
