      management dont care if youre doing the job right as long as the role is filled inadequate training no ongoing support in this role

      Lovely residents, very poor management

      The residents are lovely and friendly, the place is well maintained , domestic staff are incredible people

      Cons

      The manager doesn’t have any empathy or management skills, one carer for every 15 residents, impossible to truly help the lovely residents, you’re forced to lie to the families

      good pay, you can climb the ladder really quick, you do not need qualifications, they'll make up a title for you

      Cons

      bad management, you'll be throw under the bus blame culture people hired with qualifications service users treated like money signs
