Toxic blame culture. Underpaid. Senior management hire friends and family and pat eachother on the back with promotions/bonuses. Personally saw management build cases to fire staff they didn't like.

-Since the change in upper management the company has become very business-focused, which has put a lot of people under pressure. It's easy to get overworked and have poor work-life balance -You could be working there for years and not see a promotion or significant raise. They make it certain that a small amount of people actually have authority -You NEED to have a vehicle or a reliable ride to get there -They tell you that other facets of the company matter, but its clear the #1 priority is running as many studies as possible to generate more revenue. All of the other stuff falls to the wayside -Some management can be unsupportive when you go to them about struggling at the job
