Pros

This company accepts anyone that can speak english and use a PC. There are promotions and salary raises but in the first year or so it is not worth it.

Cons

They immediately throw you in an overburdened system. No help for the first few months. The weak ones die out. I was the weak one.

Really bad overall

Pros

The only benefit is you will be employed without prior knowledge (except mandatory knowledge of English).

Cons

You will be in constant calls and chats with angry customers, for almost no money, and getting help from others is almost impossible because they are also either extremely busy or just don't care. Almost all of the higher management has no people skills. You can only like the support if you enjoy suffering and your mental and physical health deteriorating for minimum wage.
