Pros
- Very Flexible, You can be late everyday but they don't care. Even if you come at 1030am, they are cool. - You can pretend to end work late. Just pretend work 5 mins extra every day and than leave office. Management will think you are very hardworking. - You can take a s long as you want for lunch sometime 3 hours, and no one will know you are missing - Tea Breaks - Not much work to do, somedays come to work do nothing and then go back.
Cons
- Management don't know whats going on the ground. - CEO is in his own world. - Is either you are busy or you have nothing to do. There is no in between - You might feel lonely if you have no one to talk to. - Managers don't reply to you on time. - Managers last min throw things for you to do and expect you to do it within 1 hour. - no one will support you here, everyone just selfish - they will just throw things at you and expect you drop everything and do for you - If you take your leaves, people will complain to manager why you can go many days leave, when you deserve it. ITS your leaves to take - Make you feel guilty for having a life outside of working hours - Make you feel guilty for being sick. - Not considerate when you are on MC. - No progression if you are local - If you are local, you will be heavily discriminated, even if you same ethnicity.
