Pros

Profitable, great customer focus. Will do what it takes to get the job done, no exceptions.

Cons

Robert will manage every part of your day, he monitors every email that you send, listens to your phone calls and asks for constant updates on where you are through the day. You have ZERO autonomy working here. It is a shame because the way that he has structured the business is very good.

Pros

Not as bad as it made out to be! I've worked in organisations where management were verbally abusive or made me cry... So these guys are far from the worst in my books. Pros: - Great for getting your foot in the industry as they're always hiring - Excellent on the job work experience in networking, sysadmin, hardware/software configuration, troubleshooting, precise note taking, the lot! - Learn to be independent and figure things out for your self! This one's a double edged sword as it can be frustrating when there's no guidance for a complicated issue, but when you discover solutions and share it with the team, you learn something new and add value to the team.

Cons

- Disorganised. There's basic training and inductions which help a bit, but no official guides available. They prefer to put out fires than fix the source of organisational issues - Low salary, comparable to retail. Recommended for people who can tough it out financially for the valuable work experience - The managing director (CEO) may ask you your age in the job interview - Mildly hostile work environment. You'll get daily emails cracking the whip about your performance and call lengths - The managing director doesn't seem interested in the wellbeing of his employees. During one of the induction sessions, he said something along the lines of 'I care about the customer, not you'. That tells you enough about TCT. - The way he talks down to his employees is unnecessary (aka a Crunchy Unicode Nobody Tolerates)

Pros

+ The work was enjoyable and required you to think quick and problem solve on the fly. + some service desk engineers were nice and easily would get along with. + Melbourne & Gippsland based offices

Cons

- Managment is corrupt & does not care about staff (will literally send angry emails from the other room) - They will monitor your every move (Cameras are setup above desks, and everything is monitored, even the amount of emails in your inbox ) - Terrible Pay with dodgy loopholes (you will be working 40+ hour weeks but only get paid for 38) - Certain team members are in favour by management and receive extra benefits. - High staff turnover (Nobody knows the clients anymore, and new techs often would get lost resulting in most jobs being escalated to the same people each week) - Still using an Access database from 2003 (Frequent Crashing & terrible system to use) - Mistakes are not mistakes here, God forbid you make an honest mistake.. you will be punished for the smallest of things, sick for 1 day? you will be verbally abused via emails and made to feel like you are easily replaceable. - Some technicians have there heads high up the management's holes, kissing & suckling for each and every drop of praise, will cut corners & ensure they are always in the spotlight, and make other staff members feel inferior for no reason at all. - No Recognition for anything (only the select few) - Will ensure you are miserable and remain miserable
