      'Luxury' sales experience, colleagues were great.

      - Brutally unprofessional - High staff turnover (10-12 staff turned over in 8 months) due to incompetent manager. - The worst management I have ever seen, spent more time off the floor than on - No training - Manager had no awareness of Irish working laws, made demands that went against the law -

      Underpaid Paid incorrectly every single month Monthly pay Unrealistic targets Bad management Stingy with allocations Promised presents for your hard work and never receive them Put in so much hard work for nothing not even a thank you or any sort of appreciation They say they want you to develop your skills and grow but they don’t help Pay is always wrong dont receive benefits Not worth it Minimum amount of holidays and sick days Put pressure on you to keep the company going and don’t reward you
