This is a great company to build onto your skillset and advance your personal career path. Since I’ve been here there has been an emphasis on continual learning/training and performance improvement through annual reviews with mid year check-ins. The managers are involved and supportive at the mentorship level, not just tasking and compliance issues. Work-lifestyle balance is good, never had any issues with taking PTO or getting resources to fill in gaps with tasking. Individual creativity is valued, and active cross-team collaboration broadens your project exposure while accelerating professional growth.

I love working for Titan because the environment is extremely welcoming and supportive. I never feel overwhelmed because there is always someone there to assist you with tasks, should you need it. The employees are very inviting and kind people to work around, which makes the job even better. Everyone at Titan is a qualified, hard-working individual who puts in plenty of time and effort to produce the results that we have. The pay is great as well.
