I am former employee of this company. No quality of projects, no quality in managements they are IITian idiots. If you are fresher don't join this company you will get 5k starting salary and upto 1.5 year you will only get max. 22K PM and there is bond of 1.5 year as well. Till 15K salary you wil get salary in cash, yes cash without any deduction in PF. You will not get learning envoirnment here and if you can kick out any time, totally hire and fire systems. If you are experienced then don’t waste your time you will not find any quality of work or collegues because they pay maximum 30K PM for any experienced professionals. If you are asking for more than 40K they never retain you because you are out of their budget. You will always get remainder that you are getting this much salary and you have to work. If you will not complete the task on time you will get penalty i.e deduction from your salary. They can also fire you any time without any prior notice. You will not get any benifits here such as PF, Team Lunch, engagement activites, health benifits, Saturday off, self respect. The company policy can change any time you have to forcfully sign on this.
