Pros

I've been with the company for around 4 months, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The onboarding process was smooth, and I've felt supported in every area since day one. Everyone is approachable and willing to help. I appreciate the clear communication, healthy work-life balance and the opportunities to learn.

Cons

Nothing significant so far. In any new role, there is a learning curve, but the support I have received has made it manageable.

Pros

The culture within the Ireland team is great, i have worked in the company for 7 years now and over these years the people and the culture are what drive me to stay engaged and happy within the workplace. Very offer great benefits such as 27 days annual leave, health care and pensions. Remote working is also available and is a huge added benefit to working at Very, This really supports work life balance and is widely supported and encouraged within the office, Career progression and support is also a huge benefit, Very helped me through my professional accountancy exams offering payment for exams and time off. I finished my accountancy exams and qualified as an accountant in the past year. Once i qualified i was offered career progression on secondment within a new role. It was great to be thought of when this opportunity came up,

Cons

We are a small team within the Ireland office so there are not always opportunities to progress. However the larger Very group company has a lot more teams and opportunities for remote working so there can always be progression within the company.
