They do this morning and evening catchup everyday where if you hear carefully it's just the management begging you to do a better job at making numbers any how. Keeps boasting about progression however, the organisation isn't going anywhere as staff join and leave in literally few weeks and sometimes days due to toxic team and management and staff turnover is extremely high
