High turnover. Absolutely no room for advancement. No communication, but micromanagement. No professionalism, management is "HR" so there is nowhere to go for help. No training. The good reviews are fake, left by management to try to entice people to accept positions, because with the exception of a few life long employees, they can't keep positions filled. There is a lot of dishonesty and bad mouthing. It is a high stress job with no room for reward. Aggresive and discriminatory tactics in play at all times.
