It is rare to find a company not out for just the bottom dollar. Behavior Train is a wonderful and caring company that prioritizes client care AND staff care. Benefits and flexible time off options. Very understanding and willing to work with their employees. Great culture, very positive.

Hours can fluctuate based on client attendance

Job changed drastically since COVID. Not much room to grow unless you're in school for ABA.
