81% positive business outlook
Pros
good people exciting technology to work for
Cons
there is a lot of confusion with middle and upper management
Pros
There aren't really any good pros to be working at this company now that I'm a former employee.
Cons
1. Alternate Saturday is off, but in true sense it isn't, you're compulsorily required to attend meetings, calls. 2. Upper Management consists of college graduates who had not seen the industry at all and hence you're forced to work under them. Example, the Chief Architects of the company. 3. You are not allowed to leave until your Architect leaves which equates to 12-14 hours of daily work, including Saturdays. 4. Team Size is extremely small, you've a huge headache in very short amount of time. 5. The upper management will cut your leaves short and will force you to work over time with no compensation. 6. Every employee has to go through 3 months probation, where you're not allowed to take leaves as they granted you 1 per month and they are very restrictive in nature, 7 days advanced notice, etc. 7. Trainees and Interns have even more restrictions 1 leave a month and no consecutive leaves are allowed to be taken. 8. Work Culture is extremely toxic, people usually pointing finger at each other and what not mess. 9. Your provident fund gets stuck if you intend to move on to a better opportunity (which it always is in this situation). 10. People are constantly fired and hired here. Every 6 months, I believe this is due to fickle Leadership. 11. CEO would protect the upper management at all cost for their negligence, I think this place has a lot to do with pride. And the most missing here is humility.
Pros
Nothing is good all positive are fake and they are done by HR
Cons
People get hospitalised working here, you will be force to work continously for 3 or 4 days straight, late night sitting and you will not be compensate for that even if you book cab to go home late night working for them. Worst work life balance they will not care about your personal life and health. They will show you that they care about you but that's not true. HR pretends that they listen to your problem but in the end they dance on fingers of upper management. These is a startup company just have a Jio name. They will make you slave to work for them. 24/7 working hours.
Pros
1) Office location at Reliance Corporate Park hence the amenities are good.
Cons
1) Long working hours, around 12-14. 2) Not safe place for women as going home early is frowned upon. 3) Upper management is not good at all, on conversing with other team members, they feel the same as well. 4) Medical insurance perk is mandatory and is taken from your salary, hence not perk. 5) A lot of people leaving this company right now.
Pros
1. Package is good 2. Product is good
Cons
1. No work-life Balance. 2. HR worst and inexperience. 3. Upper Management - no corporate culture. 4. Worst language from CEO other communications. Always threatening like suspension and termination.
Pros
No pros, not even single because mostly it’s a Jail and you will only find pros once you get out of here.
Cons
Paid and Fake Reviews: Many of the positive reviews here are either paid or written by HR using fake accounts. The HR team boasts about increasing the Glassdoor rating through these deceptive practices. Toxic Management: The upper management, including the CEO, is incompetent and unprofessional. They lack industry experience, constantly threaten employees with termination, and show no respect or manners in communication. High Turnover: Most employees leave within 2-3 months, often before completing probation. Those who stay either have no other options or are stuck due to location constraints. The company is a revolving door of talent. Unrealistic Deadlines: Engineering and QA teams are subjected to impossible deadlines. Employees are often humiliated in meetings, and there's no regard for their work-life balance or mental well-being. Incompetent Leadership: Directors and managers are clueless about their own projects, making false promises without understanding the work. This results in missed OKRs and a chaotic work environment. Unhealthy Work Culture: The office environment is toxic, with long working hours (12-14 hours daily) that aren't acknowledged or appreciated. If you're late by even a minute, a full day's pay is deducted. Surveillance and Spying: Certain employees act as informants, reporting on colleagues' conversations and breaks. The CEO uses this information to call out and berate employees publicly. No Real Engineering Work: Most technical work is outsourced to China or vendors. The company simply rebrands white-label products under its name, offering no real engineering or development opportunities. Poor HR Policies: HR enforces draconian policies, like strict logging times, and shows no flexibility or empathy. The overall HR strategy is to trap employees rather than support them. No Growth, Only Negativity: The entire company culture is designed to demoralize and trap employees. It’s more like a virus that drains your energy and leaves you negative for the rest of your career.
Pros
On time salary because it is coming from Jio. Nothing else.
Cons
- All positive reviews are fake. Those are paied reviews - Bad working hours - No work life balance - Navin the joker who says that I am actually running the company not the actual CEO. As he relative of a Director in Reliance. Shame on KM. - CEO office is fooling the the CEO like anything but he is not able to see that. How can a CEO be soo foolish. - Company has no experience of creating any product catering to millions. Still thinks that he is a multi million dollar company. Fooling Upper management of Reliance by bringing cheep hardware from China. - Treats everyone as sleaves - There has been a death and hospitalizations of employees in the org. - They don't care even if people die. - Illegal terms in joining letter. - No roadmaps - CEO is extending months as much as possible to take heavy salary from reliance. - I have seen 9 Recruitment HRs been changed in my tenure.
