I’ve been with Tesseract for a while now, and what keeps me engaged is the level of ownership I get here. The leadership listens, and ideas are welcomed, which makes a huge difference. The office facilities are great too!

Pros

I like that Tesseract isn’t just another tech company—it’s a place that actually encourages learning and innovation. The leadership is accessible.

Cons

If I had to point out a con, it would be that some internal processes could be streamlined for efficiency. But overall, it’s a great place to work!

Pros

No pros, not even single because mostly it’s a Jail and you will only find pros once you get out of here.

Cons

Paid and Fake Reviews: Many of the positive reviews here are either paid or written by HR using fake accounts. The HR team boasts about increasing the Glassdoor rating through these deceptive practices. Toxic Management: The upper management, including the CEO, is incompetent and unprofessional. They lack industry experience, constantly threaten employees with termination, and show no respect or manners in communication. High Turnover: Most employees leave within 2-3 months, often before completing probation. Those who stay either have no other options or are stuck due to location constraints. The company is a revolving door of talent. Unrealistic Deadlines: Engineering and QA teams are subjected to impossible deadlines. Employees are often humiliated in meetings, and there's no regard for their work-life balance or mental well-being. Incompetent Leadership: Directors and managers are clueless about their own projects, making false promises without understanding the work. This results in missed OKRs and a chaotic work environment. Unhealthy Work Culture: The office environment is toxic, with long working hours (12-14 hours daily) that aren't acknowledged or appreciated. If you're late by even a minute, a full day's pay is deducted. Surveillance and Spying: Certain employees act as informants, reporting on colleagues' conversations and breaks. The CEO uses this information to call out and berate employees publicly. No Real Engineering Work: Most technical work is outsourced to China or vendors. The company simply rebrands white-label products under its name, offering no real engineering or development opportunities. Poor HR Policies: HR enforces draconian policies, like strict logging times, and shows no flexibility or empathy. The overall HR strategy is to trap employees rather than support them. No Growth, Only Negativity: The entire company culture is designed to demoralize and trap employees. It’s more like a virus that drains your energy and leaves you negative for the rest of your career.
