Pros

Some cool events around Orange County and L.A. Still, you could work these same events with a much better agency.

Cons

These guys are not good at organization, at all! Literally, you will have to hound them repeatedly for forgotten payments for events or any refunds for parking. Speaking of parking, good luck with that as they usually dont seem to know the areas their events are, meaning you may get a ticket even though they told you the area was okay. You will have to nag the incompetent guy who runs scheduling constantly for shifts, as they hire nonstop and don't even have a working app to help organize this. Events themselves are incredibly unorganized. Very little staff support. They will ignore you half the time when you need any sort of assistance. There are much better staffing agencies in L.A, these guys are a waste of time.

Pros

Scheduling flexibility for part time work.

Cons

Unless you enjoy missing paychecks, working for a lower pay scale than you were promised; as well as wasting gas and sitting in traffic, for several hours, round trip, only to be told to go home. Do not waste your time working for this company. These people don't care about you, your personal, or your traveling expenses. You're just a convenient and disposable body. You will constantly be turned down for bartending gigs no matter how many good reviews you accumulate from clients. Of those gigs that you receive, more than likely, you will be demoted to bar back, serving staff, or be sent home because there are too many servers. If you choose to work as a server, as previously stated by other reviewers, you will be dealing with unprofessionalism the entire day. From not knowing what your role is, not knowing who your captain or leader is, agreeing to work at a lower pay scale than a bartender, to having your pay delayed by one or two days. A brief history of my experiences working with this company April 29th, 2023: Hired as a bartender. Demoted to bar back because they overstaffed bartenders and sent some people home. May 6th, 2023: The company staffed too many bartenders. The host of the event created a station for me to work on. Otherwise, I would have been sent home. My buddy was also hired as a bartender and sent home that day. He drove all the way from Santa Monica to LAX in the thick of rush hour traffic on the 405. May 21st, 2023: Hired as a bartender for private MGM event. At the site, we (a team of three) are told that we'll actually be unloading and setting up equipment for other bartenders for the next day. Essentially, we got hired as cheap labor because we're not considered teamsters. May 27th, 2023: Reluctantly accepted work as a server. When I arrived, there are too many servers. Chose to stay, but, several people went home. As hard as things may be. Have some self respect and don't sacrifice your dignity at the service of this company.

Pros

It is hard to see a pro when your getting ripped off

Cons

Yes its true that tend pays you most of the time.. but the 20percent they don’t really sux. I provided them with names and numbers to prove ai worked 2 shifts they said I didn’t . It was irrelevant. Did not even take the time to properly look at time sheet because my name was on it.
