Cons
Poor work culture Poor work life balance Too much internal politics for such a small company No big projects to survive Company is loss making Employees are not paid their variable yearly, management promises to pay 100% variable pay and promises to give salary hike at year beginning but at the year end they are cheated. In fact, they got self-assessment forms filled for appraisal process but they didn't have the courtesy to give a rating to the employees for the fear that they will ask for promotion and hike. Such a cheap mentality! At the end employees don't even know their rating and feedback on their work. Such poor Management behavior. No communication between management and employees. They make all types of promises to get the work done but don't keep them. Office environment is poor. Don't look like an IT company at all. Look like a house with cubicles built inside. Worst thing about this company is they do cost cutting on everything from tissue paper and handwash for bathroom. No proper office assistant. No HR also! Only part-time consultant HR who only cares about making money. HR misleads management by telling lies about employees and misleads employees by telling lies about management all for personal benefits. No employee welfare activities happen. Strict timings and other rules, feels like going to school. Managers act like school teachers. No benefits or perks. Management cries to spend every rupee on employees but they want to take company money for themselves
