      Work from home , Yearly Goa trip

      Trust me the above was the only pro. You won't grow in this company. There is no structure. CEO has no clarity on what he wants to do. Horrible work culture. Underpaid employees. No investment on employees growth or automation.

      Pros

      This company is good to start the careers by freshers as company provides training and a good client project to work on. This company gives good work life balance You'll receive salary on time without any delay

      Cons

      This company don't have a proper communication channel. Instead of using microsoft teams / google meet as a professional mode of communication, they're using telegram. No microsoft access for email so you can't use microsoft office for your productivity. You have to rely on google docs / sheets from your personal mail ID Appraisal won't happen on correct time, The appraisal process should start in march and the updated salary should be from april but here the appraisal meeting starts on june and salary increment is given from august. This happens for every year
